Default incentive rate?

We are thinking about offering a month-to-month cash incentive to drivers who can stay below 20% idle time. Has anyone else done this? The question being, how big does the incentive have to be to affect drivers habits?

Talking Reduced Idling

For being in the field since 1995, we have many success stories with fleets using a different approach than cash incentives. We have customers who have reduced their idling under 10% by using new technologies to bring drivers the level of comfort they are looking for, without idling. If you would like to know more, please contact us at 1-877-964-2582. Regards
